Gurame Bakar Sambal Bawang
Material :
- 1 carp, cut into pieces
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, puree
- Pepper and salt to taste
Onion sauce:
- 10 shallots
- 20 red cayenne fruit
- 20 green cayenne fruit
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oil to saute
- Salt to taste
How to make:
- Smear the fish with lime, garlic, pepper, salt, and coriander, add sweet soy sauce. Mix well and leave for a while.
- Burn the fish with smeared margarine and marinade first, cook until cooked evenly on both sides, lift.
- Sambal onion: Boil chili and onion for a while then rub the coarse, give salt and sugar, rub until blended and saute until fragrant.
- Serve grilled carp with chili onion on top.
