Gurame Bakar Sambal Bawang



Material :


  • 1 carp, cut into pieces
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, puree
  • Pepper and salt to taste



Onion sauce:


  • 10 shallots
  • 20 red cayenne fruit
  • 20 green cayenne fruit
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of oil to saute
  • Salt to taste


How to make:


  • Smear the fish with lime, garlic, pepper, salt, and coriander, add sweet soy sauce. Mix well and leave for a while.
  • Burn the fish with smeared margarine and marinade first, cook until cooked evenly on both sides, lift.
  • Sambal onion: Boil chili and onion for a while then rub the coarse, give salt and sugar, rub until blended and saute until fragrant.
  • Serve grilled carp with chili onion on top.
