Grilled Chicken Bajak



 

Material:


  • 1 small size chicken.
  • 3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce.
  • 5 cloves of garlic, puree.
  • 1 turmeric segment, puree.
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander, puree.
  • 2 bay leaves.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 500 milli of water or enough.


Sambal Bajak Material:



  • 5 shallots.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 6 curly chili fruits.
  • 7 cayenne fruit.
  • 1 teaspoon of shrimp paste.
  • Sugar and salt, to taste.
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.



How to Cook:

Clean the chicken. Boil water, add all the spices and chicken. Cook until all the spices are absorbed and the water is shrinking. Take chicken, bake on top of grillpan until browned.
Heat oil, fry all half-cooked chili ingredients. Coarse puree. Fry again until the chili is dark. Serve it.
