Chicken Liver Ampela Tofu Eggs Seasoning






Ingredients


  • 250 gr chicken
  • 5 pairs of gizzard liver
  • 2 tofu boxes
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 glass of water
  • As much as sugar, salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • Enough fried mashed garlic
  • Enough oil for sautéing
  • 1 handful of green cayenne pepper


Ground spices:


  • 8 large red chili fruits
  • 5 cayenne fruit (can be more / not used)
  • 8 red onion cloves
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 5 pecan nuts
  • 1 segment of ginger


Step



  • Cut it according to the taste of chicken, liver and gizzard.
  • Cut the tofu and fry it until done. Boil the eggs, then peel and grind, then fry.
  • Blend fine spices.
  • Cut small or blended tomatoes.
  • Saute the spices with 3-4 tablespoons of cooking oil until fragrant, not tasty.
  • Add chicken, liver and gizzard.
  • Stir slowly until they change color.
  • Then add the tomatoes. Stir and cook until the tomatoes break and come out of the water.
  • Add about a glass of water.
  • After boiling, just give sugar, salt, pepper and sweet soy sauce (so the color is not pale). I like sweet, so I give sugar 5 tbsp, salt 2 tsp, pepper 1 tsp. Stir well. Then test the taste according to taste
  • After the taste is right, put the tofu and eggs.
  • Stir well. Cook until the water is reduced and the sauce slightly thickens.
  • Before turning off the heat, add green cayenne pepper (if you like).
  • Also add dry fried garlic.
