Express Chicken

Cooking is fast, chicken dinner is delicious

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tablespoon of olives
• 2 chicken supremes cut thick
• 2 tablespoons of mustard
• 1 tablespoon of honey
• 1/3 cup of orange juice
• 3 tablespoons of cream
• 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

• Season the pieces of chicken and cook them in a pan with olive oil until they are brown.
• Add mustard, honey, orange juice. Mix and cook in low heat until the bottom of the preparation is reduced.

• Serve with roasted potatoes or white rice.
