Ampela Bumbu Semur Recipe Heart




Ingredients :


  • 8 pairs of gizzard liver
  • 8 red onion grains, finely sliced
  • 2 cm of ginger, crushed
  • 2 cm galangal, bruised
  • 5 clove grains
  • 3 cm cinnamon
  • 8 red cayenne fruit
  • 1 red tomato, cut into pieces
  • 5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of powdered pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
  • 500 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons of oil to saute
  • 1 tablespoon of fried shallots for topping


Ati Ampela Smooth Seasoning:


  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 dried red chilies
  • 4 roasted candlenut grains
  • 2 teaspoons of powdered coriander


How to Make Ati Ampela Bumbu Semur Recipe:



  • Boil the gizzard liver with 1000 ml of water along with 2 bay leaves and 2 cm of ginger until half done. Discard the water, set it aside
  • Heat the oil, sauté the onion until it emits a fragrant aroma
  • Add the spices, ginger, galangal, cloves, cinnamon. Stir until fragrant
  • Add the boiled gizzard, stir well
  • Add cayenne pepper, tomatoes, sweet soy sauce, salt, pepper, granulated sugar and nutmeg powder. Stir well
  • Pour water little by little, cook until cooked and seasoning until absorbed
  • Serve with a sprinkling of fried onions
