FELPUDA CAKE



INGREDIENTS
For pasta:


  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 gems
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 cup of tea

For Coverage:


  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 packet of unsweetened grated coconut
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk


PREPARATION
For pasta:


  • Beat butter with sugar until whitish. Then add the egg yolks until the mixture is completely mixed. With an active mixer, replace milk, flour and yeast. Turn off the mixer and add the egg whites gently.
  • Transfer the mixture to a flour baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 35 minutes.




For Coverage:


  • Mix thick milk, grated coconut and coconut milk. Leave until time is used.


For the Assembly:


  • After the cake comes out of the oven, it's still hot, make a hole and add the mixture of condensed milk, coconut milk and grated coconut on top. Wait for the cake to absorb the mixture. If desired, wrap it in aluminum foil. Serve ice cream!
