Vegan Chocolate Coated Chocolate Cake Recipe:




INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 cups of flour;
  • 2 cups of sugar;
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil;
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder;
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
  • Vanilla essence to taste (optional);
  • Enough water to make the mass homogeneous;
  • Granulated chocolate (no trace of milk);
  • Grated Coconut (optional).


Roof:


  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder;
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable cream;
  • 3 tablespoons sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup of water;
  • 1 Glass of water (if you want more syrup, increase the amount of water).


METHOD OF PREPARATION:


  • Beat all ingredients except the sprinkles and coconut;
  • Once you have beaten well, grease a pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, the time varies with each oven;
  • In the meantime, cover all the ingredients on the stove, stirring well until they come off the bottom of the pan. Cornstarch is used to thicken the topping, if you think it is necessary to dissolve more starch in cold water so as not to jam and place in the topping that is on fire;
