INGREDIENTSFOR LEVELS
Cooking spray, for the pan
- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, soft
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. halal salt
- 1 c. mini chocolate chips
TO FILL
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 package of instant chocolate pudding
- 1 (8 ounce) Cold Container
- 1/4 c. chocolate chip, melts
DIRECTION
- Make crust: Brush the shallow pie pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until smooth. Add flour, vanilla, and salt, then shake until blended. Mix mini chocolate chips.
- Press about two-thirds of the mixture into a fatty pie plate. Cool when you make contents and toppings.
- Fill: In a large bowl, shake the milk and the pudding mixture until smooth and thick, about 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip and melted chocolate until evenly distributed. Pour the contents of the crust.
- Make toppings: Roll the extra cake mixture into small balls. Place it in the stack above the contents.
- Freeze the pie until it is solid, about 4 hours.
- Slice and serve cold.
