  • 100 grams of all-purpose flour
  • 100 grams of tapioca flour

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 200 ml of warm water

  • 100 grams of baked beans (roasted)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3-5 red chillies
  • 25 grams of palm sugar

Instructions



  • Mix all flour, tapioca flour, leeks, dried shrimp, garlic, salt, sugar, and white pepper in a bowl.
  • Pour water into the mixture and put it in the mixture until it's not sticky anymore, you might not need to use all the water. If you use a runny mixture, you can fix it by adding the same amount of flour and tapioca flour. Shape into a 1 inch ball and set it aside.
