1.5-2 tablespoons of dried shrimp baked and pounded

Instructions
Mix all flour, tapioca flour, leeks, dried shrimp, garlic, salt, sugar, and white pepper in a bowl.
Pour water into the mixture and put it in the mixture until it's not sticky anymore, you might not need to use all the water. If you use a runny mixture, you can fix it by adding the same amount of flour and tapioca flour. Shape into a 1 inch ball and set it aside.
