Chanel Cherry Truffles





Look at this cute truffle as glamorous as the savory.



INGREDIENTS



  • 311 grams of good quality white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of cherry jello powder
  • 226 grams of melted chocolate, any flavor (to coat the truffle)
  • Extra melted chocolate for decoration
  • Sparkling dust



INSTRUCTIONS




  • Pour the thick cream into a small saucepan and set it on medium heat. Heat until warm, then add butter and cook until melted. Add gelatin powder and stir until completely dissolved. Add white chocolate and stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a small silicone box mold and place it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes, until it is solid. Or, pour the mixture into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then print the truffle into the shape you want and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • While the truffle is being arranged, make a Chanel decoration. Place a piece of parchment paper over the Chanel logo image and trace the logo with chocolate. Transfer this to the freezer until it is fully ready.
  • After the truffle is set, put it in melted chocolate for coating, then place it on a tray lined with parchment paper. Stick the decorations on top of several truffles and transfer the truffles to the freezer to be fully prepared. After the outer skin has hardened, sprinkle a little chocolate into some truffles to create a layered pattern or cloth with dust. Enjoy!
