Fudge Brownie Oreo Pizza

INGREDIENTS

brownies

• 75g flour
• 75g of cocoa
• 300g of castor sugar
• 300g butter
• 300g dark chocolate
• 6 eggs
• 2 glasses of mini ore

Froze up

• 1 cup unsalted butter, soft
• 1 cup of marshmallow fluff
• ½ powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Decor

• 200g Oreo, cut roughly
• ½ cup chocolate sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

• Preheat the oven forced by the fan to 175C (340F). Cover the tin cake or 12 ”pizza tray with parchment paper and set aside.
• Add butter, sugar, and chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 20 seconds each time and repeat until smooth.
• Add cocoa flour and powder to the chocolate butter mixture and stir at low speed using a paddle attachment or wooden spoon until everything is mixed.
• Add eggs and stir until well blended. After all of them are joined, add mini ore and fold until coated with brownie mixture
• Add the mixture to the cake tin and use a spatula to flatten it to make sure there are no big lumps of cookies in one place. Bake for 30 minutes.
• After baking, let it cool completely before removing the tray.
• While the basic brownies bake and cool, prepare the freezing by combining all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix at high speed until they are evenly mixed.
• To decorate, add frosting and use a small offset spatula to spread.
• Add chopped ore and drizzle with chocolate.
