Cumi Sambal Pedas
Material:
- 100 grams of squid (clean and cut round like a ring)
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tsp orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of tamarind juice
- 1 cm of turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 5 green cayenne pepper (remove seeds and slices)
Ground spices:
- 50 grams of red chili
- 6 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves (roasted)
- 3 candlenut (roasted)
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
How to cook :
- Remdam the squid with enough orange juice, turmeric and salt for 15 minutes
- Blend all the spices, then set aside
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan and add the sauteed seasoning until fragrant
- Add acidic water, coconut milk and salt to taste, stirring until boiling
- Add the green squid and chili, stir until evenly and the sauce thickens
- After cooking, lift and serve in serving dishes, decorate according to taste
