Oyster sauce squid
Material :
- 500 gr squid, cut into pieces
- Oil
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- Adequate onion leaves
- 1/2 ginger
- 1 tomato, cut into pieces
- Sufficient red chili is cut into slices
- Salt and tappers
How to make :
- Heat oil, add garlic, onion.
- Enter the squid, stir until smooth and wait until it is slightly cooked.
- Add the onion, ginger and red chili.
- Pour a little water.
- Put tomato sauce and soy sauce, stir and wait until it's slightly thickened (for the oyster sauce input of oyster sauce).
