Oyster sauce squid





Material :


  • 500 gr squid, cut into pieces
  • Oil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Adequate onion leaves
  • 1/2 ginger
  • 1 tomato, cut into pieces
  • Sufficient red chili is cut into slices
  • Salt and tappers


How to make :


  • Heat oil, add garlic, onion.
  • Enter the squid, stir until smooth and wait until it is slightly cooked.
  • Add the onion, ginger and red chili.
  • Pour a little water.
  • Put tomato sauce and soy sauce, stir and wait until it's slightly thickened (for the oyster sauce input of oyster sauce).
