Lapis Cassava



Material :

  • 800 grams of cassava
  • 1 other pack of agar
  • 1 cup of coconut milk (approximately 250 ml)
  • 180-200 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 small packet of vanilla



How to make :

  • Mix all ingredients, mix well
  • Divide into three equal parts, color according to taste
  • Prepare a baking sheet according to the ingredients, cover with thick paper. Steam one color mixture for 15 minutes, add another mixture of color, steam for 15 minutes, add the last mixture, steam for 20 minutes



Tips:

  • Cool the cassava layer until it's really cold, then cut it. If necessary, put it in the refrigerator for a while to make it more dense.
  • Cover the knife with plastic to make it easier to cut and clean the pieces
  • Just use food coloring, do not taste the pasta ... because it will damage the original taste of the cassava layer.
