Make a Jiffy Corn Bread Recipe

Material

• 2 - 8.5 ounces. the Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix box
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup of milk
• 1 cup of sour cream
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 2 tbsp. sugar (optional)

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
• Add Jiffy Corn Muffin Mixes to a large bowl.
• Add eggs, milk, sour cream, vegetable oil and sugar.
• Mix all ingredients together.
• Pour into a lubricated 9 "x 9" casserole plate.
• Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake tester comes out clean.
