Ice Cream in a Bag

"You don't need to bother making luxury ice cream for home. All you need is a plastic bag and 15 minutes. Give your favorite toppings and enjoy homemade ice cream instantly!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 c. half and half
• 2 tbsp. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• 3 c. Ice
• 1/3 c. halal salt
• Topping your choice

DIRECTION

• In a small, resealable plastic bag, combine the halves, sugar and vanilla. Push air and seal excess.
• Into a large, resealable plastic bag, combine ice and salt. Place a small bag in a bigger bag and shake it vigorously, 7 to 10 minutes, until the ice cream hardens.
• Take it out of the bag and enjoy it with your favorite ice cream topping.
