Brown Sugar Apem Cake

Ingredients


  • 100 grams of versatile wheat flour
  • 150 grams of rice flour
  • 11 grams of Fermipan (me 1 tbsp peres)
  • 250 grams of brown sugar
  • 250 milli Santan
  • As much as pandan leaves and salt
  • Topping ingredients:
  • A pinch of salt
  • As much as grated coconut



Step


  • Mix flour, rice flour and fermipan and set aside
  • Add brown sugar, salt, pandan leaves into the coconut milk until the sugar dissolves, then strain
  • After the coconut milk and brown sugar are half cold put into the flour mixture, stir until even with whisk do not let there are crumbles. Put into a pan that has been smeared with margarine and let stand for 30 minutes
  • After that, steam with medium heat for 30 minutes or until cooked and dry
  • Cut and sprinkle with steamed grated coconut with a little salt
