Brown Sugar Apem Cake
Ingredients
- 100 grams of versatile wheat flour
- 150 grams of rice flour
- 11 grams of Fermipan (me 1 tbsp peres)
- 250 grams of brown sugar
- 250 milli Santan
- As much as pandan leaves and salt
- Topping ingredients:
- A pinch of salt
- As much as grated coconut
Step
- Mix flour, rice flour and fermipan and set aside
- Add brown sugar, salt, pandan leaves into the coconut milk until the sugar dissolves, then strain
- After the coconut milk and brown sugar are half cold put into the flour mixture, stir until even with whisk do not let there are crumbles. Put into a pan that has been smeared with margarine and let stand for 30 minutes
- After that, steam with medium heat for 30 minutes or until cooked and dry
- Cut and sprinkle with steamed grated coconut with a little salt
