SAGU CHEESE



Material:


  • 250 g mixed with butter and margarine
  • 120 g of refined sugar
  • 90 ml thick coconut milk (I use kara)
  • 450 g of sago flour, roast over low heat until it feels light (5-7 minutes). Let cool
  • 2 tablespoons of milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 150 g of grated cheese to be mixed in the mixture
  • Enough of grated cheese for sprinkles


Way:


  • Beat margarine, butter and sugar as long as they are mixed.
  • Put the coconut milk, shake as long as it's flat. Turn off the mixer
  • Enter sago flour, milk powder, grated cheese and vanilla. Stir as long as it is evenly mixed with a wooden spoon or fingertip.
  • Shape with syringes according to taste. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Roast over medium heat tends to be small until cooked.
