SAGU CHEESE
Material:
- 250 g mixed with butter and margarine
- 120 g of refined sugar
- 90 ml thick coconut milk (I use kara)
- 450 g of sago flour, roast over low heat until it feels light (5-7 minutes). Let cool
- 2 tablespoons of milk powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 150 g of grated cheese to be mixed in the mixture
- Enough of grated cheese for sprinkles
Way:
- Beat margarine, butter and sugar as long as they are mixed.
- Put the coconut milk, shake as long as it's flat. Turn off the mixer
- Enter sago flour, milk powder, grated cheese and vanilla. Stir as long as it is evenly mixed with a wooden spoon or fingertip.
- Shape with syringes according to taste. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Roast over medium heat tends to be small until cooked.
