10 slices of bread - the crust is cut and sliced diagonally into 4 each
8 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pound of sausage - cooked and crushed
pepper salt
1 tablespoon of fresh chopped chives
Step:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cover the cupcake pan with a non-stick spray, set aside
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Add the salt and paper sufficiently.
Place 3 to 4 pieces of bread at the bottom of each cupcake well, making sure to cover the bottom and most sides.
Share sausages between 12 cupcakes. Cover the cheese.
Spoon egg mixture on sausage and cheese. Sprinkle onions. Put it in the oven and cook for about 18 minutes or until the eggs are cooked and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let stand 5 minutes. Remove the cupcake from the pan and let it cool.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
