Breakfast cupcakes
Material
- 10 slices of bread - the crust is cut and sliced diagonally into 4 each
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound of sausage - cooked and crushed
- pepper salt
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped chives
Step:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cover the cupcake pan with a non-stick spray, set aside
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Add the salt and paper sufficiently.
- Place 3 to 4 pieces of bread at the bottom of each cupcake well, making sure to cover the bottom and most sides.
- Share sausages between 12 cupcakes. Cover the cheese.
- Spoon egg mixture on sausage and cheese. Sprinkle onions. Put it in the oven and cook for about 18 minutes or until the eggs are cooked and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let stand 5 minutes. Remove the cupcake from the pan and let it cool.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
