Sausage Bread & Cheese

Material

• 1 lb. pork sausage
• 1/4 cup of chopped onions
• 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon of Pete Texas spicy sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
• Dash of red chili
• 2 cups cake mix - Bisquick
• 2/3 cup of milk
• 1/4 cup of mayonnaise

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Cover a 9x5-inch bread pan with cooking spray.
• Crush the sausages into a large skillet and cook with the onions to brown.
• Drain on tissue paper and cool.
• In a large bowl, mix eggs, cheese, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
• Add a mixture of cake, milk and mayonnaise. Move.
• To mix, add sausages & onions. Mix until well blended.
• Pour into a bread pan and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
• Let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes. Turn to a plate to serve.
