Place the pie crust in a pan that is slightly lubricated.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy.
Add milk, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and mix well.
Cover grated cheese in a pie pan.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
Sprinkle the minced meat over the quiche.
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the quiche and bake for another 5-8 minutes - check the maturity. If the crust is too dark, cover with foil for the rest of the time.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
