Salted-Caramel Banana Pudding

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mixture
- 1 (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 c. thick cream
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon. pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/3 c. caramel, divided
- 1 (12 ounce) vanilla wafer box cake
- 4 bananas, sliced into coins
- Peeled sea salt
DIRECTION
- In a large bowl, mix the milk, mix the vanilla pudding, and sweetened condensed milk. Shake well, crush the lump, and chill for 5 minutes, or until ready.
- In another large bowl, mix thick cream, refined sugar, and vanilla. Beat until a stiff peak is formed, 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside half of the mixture for the dish topping. Fold the remaining half into the pudding mixture, together with the caramel glass.
- Cover the bottom of a 3 liter plate with vanilla wafers. Give 1/3 mixture of pudding. Cover with another layer of wafer - you might want to also stand up some cookies vertically, so you see a full circle along the edge of the trivial dish. Top with a layer of sliced bananas, then drizzle caramel on top. Sprinkle sea salt. Continue to coat the pudding, wafer, banana slices, caramel, and salt until you reach the top, ending with the final layer of banana pudding.
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours, or overnight.
- Shortly before serving, a spoonful of whipped cream on top of a banana pudding, then sprinkle wafer pastries on top.
