Caramel Rolo Fudge

INGREDIENTS
- 3 c. Mini Marshmallow
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. thick cream
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 3 c. white chocolate chip
- 1 c. Caramel
- 30 Rolos, open, half cut
DIRECTION
- Cover 8 "baking sheet with parchment paper and coat evenly with cooking spray, then set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the marshmallows, sugar, thick cream and butter.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the butter and marshmallows almost melt, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from fire.
- Stir the caramel until evenly mixed. Place the white chocolate in a large bowl and pour the fudge mixture over the chocolate.
- Add all the Rolos to the prepared pan and pour the fudge on top. Top with the remaining chopped Rolos.
- Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then put it in the pan until cooked, about 3 hours.
- Slice it into a box and serve.
