Caramel Rolo Fudge






For lovers of the fudge recipe needed every mmbm caramel more delicious.

INGREDIENTS


  • 3 c. Mini Marshmallow
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. thick cream
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. white chocolate chip
  • 1 c. Caramel
  • 30 Rolos, open, half cut



DIRECTION



  • Cover 8 "baking sheet with parchment paper and coat evenly with cooking spray, then set aside.
  • In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the marshmallows, sugar, thick cream and butter.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until the butter and marshmallows almost melt, 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Remove from fire.
  • Stir the caramel until evenly mixed. Place the white chocolate in a large bowl and pour the fudge mixture over the chocolate.
  • Add all the Rolos to the prepared pan and pour the fudge on top. Top with the remaining chopped Rolos.
  • Let the fudge cool to room temperature, then put it in the pan until cooked, about 3 hours.
  • Slice it into a box and serve.
