Material
- 2 cups peanut butter (500g)
- 2 cups of butter (452g)
- 5 cups of powdered sugar, sifted (600g)
- 1 cup of dark chocolate, melts (175g)
- 1/4 cup of butter, liquid (56 g)
Instructions
- Cover a 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) pan with plastic film, leaving the sides to make it easy to lift the fudge before serving. Put aside.
- In a large heat-resistant bowl, add the peanut butter and butter and microwave until completely melted, about 2 minutes. Stir every 30 seconds. Stir in the powdered sugar until it dissolves completely and combined. Transfer half of it to the prepared baking pan. Refrigerate 15 minutes in the refrigerator until the top is set to be touched.
- Add melted chocolate and melted butter to the remaining peanut butter mixture and stir to mix. Pour over cold peanut butter fudge. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 4 hours preferably overnight. Before serving cut into pieces. I cut the 9x9 line and got 81 pieces. Store food scraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
