Cookie Dough Brownies

Do you want brownies or cookie dough? we made this incredible brownie cookie dough! You can use an amazing mixture of squares or homemade brownies.

INGREDIENTS

• Cooking spray
• 1 box brownie mix, plus ingredients for the box
• 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, soft
• 1/3 c. powdered sugar
• 1 1/2 c. almond flour
• 1 teaspoon. pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 tsp. halal salt
• 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

DIRECTION

• Baked brownies: Preheat the oven to 350 °. Line the 8 "-x-8" baking sheet with baking paper and oil with cooking spray. Prepare the brownie mixture according to package instructions and pour it into the pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out with a few wet crumbs, 40 minutes. Let it cool
• Make cookie dough: In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add almond flour, vanilla, and salt, then stir until smooth. Fold the chocolate mini chip.
• When the brownies are cold, apply the cake mixture on a flat layer. Chill for 20 minutes. Slice it into a box and serve.
