Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken Poppers

  • Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 3 eggs, beat

PREPARATION



  • Cut chicken breast into cubes.
  • In a medium sized bowl, mix the chicken, salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  • Place the beaten flour and eggs into two separate bowls. Roll each piece of chicken in flour. Then dip each part into the egg until it is completely covered. Dip the flour one last time for another layer.
  • Heat the oil to 375 ° F / 190 ° C in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the coated chicken pieces, in batches, until golden and cooked, about 10 minutes.
  • In a pan over medium heat, mix butter, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice. Add chicken and stir until completely covered.
