5-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
"Feel the pleasure of chocolate coated with peanut butter
Materialfor 12 servings
CHOCOLATE
- 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped, melted (175 g)
- ¼ cup coconut oil (50 g)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
PEANUT BUTTER
- ½ cup natural peanut butter (120 g)
- ¼ glass of honey (85 g)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
- tin liner muffins
Preparation
- Cover the muffin tin with the tin muffin liner.
- In a measuring cup or cup, add dark chocolate and ¼ cup (50 g) of coconut oil.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Microwave for 30 seconds until it melts, stirring each time.
- Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the liner (enough to cover the entire bottom). Save the other half for the top layer.
- Freeze for 15 minutes.
- In a measuring cup or glass, add peanut butter, honey, and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
- Microwave for 15 seconds or until a little melted and can be poured.
- Pour mixture evenly into muffin tins.
- Freeze for 5 minutes.
- Pour the rest of the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
- Freeze until hard for about 1 hour.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
