5-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Materialfor 12 servings

CHOCOLATE


  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped, melted (175 g)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil (50 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


PEANUT BUTTER


  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (120 g)
  • ¼ glass of honey (85 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • tin liner muffins



Preparation




  • Cover the muffin tin with the tin muffin liner.
  • In a measuring cup or cup, add dark chocolate and ¼ cup (50 g) of coconut oil.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds until it melts, stirring each time.
  • Pour half of the chocolate mixture into the liner (enough to cover the entire bottom). Save the other half for the top layer.
  • Freeze for 15 minutes.
  • In a measuring cup or glass, add peanut butter, honey, and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
  • Microwave for 15 seconds or until a little melted and can be poured.
  • Pour mixture evenly into muffin tins.
  • Freeze for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the rest of the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer.
  • Freeze until hard for about 1 hour.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
