INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened peanut butter, thawed (plus drizzle)
- 1 c. coconut flour
- 1/4 c. coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon. pure vanilla extract
- Halal salt
- 2 c. dark brown chips, melted
- 1 teaspoon. coconut oil
DIRECTION
- In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter, coconut flour, coconut sugar, vanilla and salt. Stir well.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Using a small cake spoon, form the mixture into a few rounds then press a little to flatten and place it on a baking sheet. Freeze tight, about 1 hour.
- In a medium bowl, mix together with melted chocolate and coconut oil.
- Using a fork, dip the round of peanut butter into the chocolate until it is completely coated and then return to the baking sheet. Drizzle with more peanut butter, then freeze until chocolate, about 10 minutes.
- Serve cold. Store leftovers in the freezer.
