Stuffed Cheesecake Bars Reese

INGREDIENTS




  • 20 Nutter Butters
  • 6 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 (8 ounces) cream cheese blocks, softened
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • a little salt
  • 30 mini Reese chopped, plus 16 mini Reese halved
  • 3/4 c. hot heavy cream
  • 2 c. semisweet chips




DIRECTION



  • Preheat the oven to 350º and line the pan 8 "-x-8" with foil. Crush Nutter Butters until they form a crumb. Add to the bowl with melted butter and stir until mixed. Press firmly into the prepared pan.
  • Make a layer of cheesecake: In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, peanut butter, vanilla and salt. Fold gently into 30 pieces of Reese then spread on a crust.
  • Bake until slightly jiggly, 40 minutes. Let it cool when you make ganache.
  • Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chip and leave it for 3 minutes. Stir until all the chocolate is melted.
  • Spread the ganache on top of the cheesecake. Stick Reese is divided into the top two in four rows of four (so you get one section in each bar), then chill for at least 3 hours.
  • Slice into 16 sticks and serve.
