Hongkong Bolu Roll


Material A


  • 50 g of flour
  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 10 g of powdered chocolate
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of milk powder


Material B

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 30 g of sugar
  • 1 tsp SP


Material C

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 50 g of sugar
  • (I add 1 tablespoon of lime juice as a stabilizer)
  • 1 tsp chocolate paste
  • 50 g melted margarine



How to make :

  •  Prepare a 30x30 bolgul baking sheet, spread margarine, cover bread paper
  •  Sift ingredients A
  •  Beat ingredients B until thick and white ... set aside
  •  Ingredients C ... beat the egg white, salt and lemon juice until frothy ..... enter the sugar little by little while whipped until it expands soft peak.
  •  Mix the beaten egg yolks into the egg whisk while beating with low speed until evenly mixed
  •  Add the pasta, shake again until mixed
  •  Add ingredient A little by little stir with spatula.
  •  Add the melted margarine and stir it with the spatula.
  •  Pour in a baking sheet, oven at 200 for 20 minutes


Settlement:

  •  Remove the cake from the pan in cold condition
  •  Put it on baking paper with the leather bag position below
  •  Rub the surface with butter cream
  •  Scratch the surface of the cake with a transverse knife so that it can be mixed
  •  Roll slowly until finished with the bread paper
  •  Remove the bread paper and ready to cut it

Note:
* For those who use oven gas ... the baking time is only 15 minutes ... turn the fire down ... then turn on the fire above 2 minutes to dry the surface
