Material A
- 50 g of flour

- 4 egg yolks

- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 50 g melted margarine
How to make :
- Prepare a 30x30 bolgul baking sheet, spread margarine, cover bread paper
- Sift ingredients A
- Beat ingredients B until thick and white ... set aside
- Ingredients C ... beat the egg white, salt and lemon juice until frothy ..... enter the sugar little by little while whipped until it expands soft peak.
- Mix the beaten egg yolks into the egg whisk while beating with low speed until evenly mixed
- Add the pasta, shake again until mixed
- Add ingredient A little by little stir with spatula.
- Add the melted margarine and stir it with the spatula.
- Pour in a baking sheet, oven at 200 for 20 minutes
Settlement:
- Remove the cake from the pan in cold condition
- Put it on baking paper with the leather bag position below
- Rub the surface with butter cream
- Scratch the surface of the cake with a transverse knife so that it can be mixed
- Roll slowly until finished with the bread paper
- Remove the bread paper and ready to cut it
Note:
* For those who use oven gas ... the baking time is only 15 minutes ... turn the fire down ... then turn on the fire above 2 minutes to dry the surface
