Cheese Cut Cake ala Bolu Hongkong
IngredientsMaterial a:
- 4 egg yolks
- 30 grams of fine sugar
- 1 tsp emulsifier (I don't use it)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon of liquid milk
- A little salt
Material b:
- 4 egg whites
- 50 grams of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of lime juice
Material c:
- 60 grams of low protein flour (Blue Key)
- 15 grams of cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp baking powder (optional)
- 30 grams of finely grated cheddar cheese
- 50 grams of melted butter (don't boil)
Step
- Beat egg yolks, 30 grams of sugar and emulsifier (if used) until thick and fluffy. Enter liquid milk, vanilla essence and salt. Beat well. Set it aside.
- Beat the egg whites until foamy, add the lime juice, then add 50 grams of sugar little by little in 3 stages shake until soft peak is formed (I don't get 3 minutes)
- Put the beaten egg yolks in the beaten egg whites while gently whisking them flat (with the lowest mixer speed do not overmix) then turn off the mixer
- Add a little mixture of flour, cornstarch and baking powder while sifting and stirring slowly with a spatula, then add grated cheddar cheese. Stir well.
- Add the melted butter little by little while stirring slowly and evenly.
- Then pour it into the baking sheet and spread the thin margarine.
- Bake in the oven until cooked for about 30 minutes or until done (adjust to each oven) don't forget to do a skew test ... I use an oven stove / oven stove
If you want to make a cut cake like me, after cooking, let it cool before the new cake is smeared with butter cream on top, then sprinkle with grated cheese
