No-Bake Birthday Cake Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 c. thick cream
• 12 ounces of cream cheese, soft
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 1 c. birthday cake mix
• 1 graham cracker pie crust, store-bought or homemade
• A sprinkling of rainbow, for decoration

DIRECTION

• In a large bowl using an electric hand mixer, whip the thick cream until the soft shape peaks.
• Add cream cheese and soft sugar, stir until completely mixed and no lumps left.
• Fold the birthday cake mixture.
• Pour the mixture into the pie crust that has been prepared, flatten on top with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle with topping, cover with plastic wrap, and chill until hard, at least 6 hours.
