Simple Spicy Chicken heart



Material:


  • 5 pairs of amphibians.
  • 10 quail eggs.
  • 350 ml of coconut milk.
  • 1 segment of galangal, geprek.
  • 1 bay leaf.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin.
  • 3 tablespoons of oil.


Smooth Spices:



  • 3 shallots.
  • 3 garlic cloves.
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander.
  • 1 pecan nut.
  • 4 curly chili fruits.
  • 6 cayenne fruit.
  • 1 turmeric segment.
  • Adequate sugar and salt.



Steps:


  • Clean the ampela, boil with salt water and 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce.
  • Boil for 10 minutes. Drain well.
  • Saute all spices, add coconut milk, gizzard and quail eggs.
  • Cook until the spices soak,
  • Serve it.
