Simple Spicy Chicken heart
Material:
- 5 pairs of amphibians.
- 10 quail eggs.
- 350 ml of coconut milk.
- 1 segment of galangal, geprek.
- 1 bay leaf.
- 1/4 teaspoon of cumin.
- 3 tablespoons of oil.
Smooth Spices:
- 3 shallots.
- 3 garlic cloves.
- 1 teaspoon of coriander.
- 1 pecan nut.
- 4 curly chili fruits.
- 6 cayenne fruit.
- 1 turmeric segment.
- Adequate sugar and salt.
Steps:
- Clean the ampela, boil with salt water and 2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce.
- Boil for 10 minutes. Drain well.
- Saute all spices, add coconut milk, gizzard and quail eggs.
- Cook until the spices soak,
- Serve it.
