Serajaya Bacon Chicken
Material
- 1 package (12 ounces) Bacon North Country Smoke House
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion
- 1 1/4 cup of chopped broccoli
- 4 ounces of cream cheese, mashed
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the chicken on a cutting board.
- Using a sharp knife, cut the bag on each side of the chicken breast.
- Drizzle olive oil on top of each piece of chicken.
- In a small bowl add seasonings plus 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix with a spoon.
- Sprinkle seasoning on top of chicken, front and back.
- In another bowl of cream cheese, Parmesan, Mayo, minced garlic, remaining 1/2 tsp salt, mix well, stir broccoli.
- Spoon the cheese mixture evenly on each chicken breast. Cover the chicken breast with a toothpick.
- Wrap the meat around each chicken breast until it is closed.
- Place the chicken on a foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
- Place the pan under the broiler to make the meat fresher if desired. Close your eyes to make sure they don't burn.
- Remove toothpicks.
- Serve while hot.
- To reheat, cover with foil.
Note
- If reheating, cover with tinfoil.
