Serajaya Bacon Chicken




Material


  • 1 package (12 ounces) Bacon North Country Smoke House
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt, divided
  • 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion
  • 1 1/4 cup of chopped broccoli
  • 4 ounces of cream cheese, mashed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced


Instructions


  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the chicken on a cutting board.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the bag on each side of the chicken breast.
  • Drizzle olive oil on top of each piece of chicken.
  • In a small bowl add seasonings plus 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix with a spoon.
  • Sprinkle seasoning on top of chicken, front and back.
  • In another bowl of cream cheese, Parmesan, Mayo, minced garlic, remaining 1/2 tsp salt, mix well, stir broccoli.
  • Spoon the cheese mixture evenly on each chicken breast. Cover the chicken breast with a toothpick.
  • Wrap the meat around each chicken breast until it is closed.
  • Place the chicken on a foil-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked.
  • Place the pan under the broiler to make the meat fresher if desired. Close your eyes to make sure they don't burn.
  • Remove toothpicks.
  • Serve while hot.
  • To reheat, cover with foil.


Note

  • If reheating, cover with tinfoil.
