RECIPE OF SNOW PANDAN PANDAN
Ingredients for Making Snow White Cakes:
- 230 gr butter
- 100 gr margarine
- 90 grams of refined sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 350 medium flour flour
- 100 gr cornstarch
- 50 grams of milk powder
- 1 tsp pandan paste
Material for Snow White Cake Sprinkles:
- Icing donuts
- Milk powder
How to Make a Snow White Cake:
- Beat butter and refined sugar, add egg yolks. Beat as long as possible, maximum 2 minutes.
- Turn off the mixer, then enter the pandan paste. Stir well.
- Gradually add the sieved dry ingredients. Then mix well using a wooden spoon.
- Shape the snow princess cake dough according to taste.
- Next, roast the snow princess cake mixture that has been formed earlier for about 25-30 minutes at an oven temperature of around 140-150C (adjust the oven respectively).
- Remove it from the oven, then give the icing sprinkles topping. Wind for a while, give another sprinkling of icing donuts and milk powder.
- Serve it.
