SOFT AND SOFT RICE CAKE CAKE RECIPES



Material :


  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 1 tsp SP
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • enough green coloring
  • 100 grams of grated young coconut
  • salt to taste



HOW TO MAKE AYU RICE CAKE DON'T:



  • Beat eggs, granulated sugar and SP until fluffy and white. Then add flour. Stir well.
  • Pour the coconut milk little by little while stirring evenly. Add green coloring, stir until smooth.
  • Mix coconut and salt, mix well. Insert it into the base of the mold while pressing a little so it is solid. Pour the putu ayu mixture into the mold until it's full.
  • Heat the steaming pan, steam the mixture until done. Lift and serve for 18 pieces.
  • Tips:
  • Do not use a fire that is too large so that the steaming is not too hot so it can cause the cake to break.
  • In order for the coconut to appear neat and attractive, use a coconut that is quite young and when it is inserted into the mold by being pressed slightly to make it denser.
