Jongkong Bowl Cake
Ingredient:Green Leaf
- 1 cup of rice flour
- 2 small blades of sago flour
- 5 cups of liquid coconut milk (100ml KARA mix with 5 cups of water)
- 1 small blade of Potted Pandanus
- 1 small blade of lime water
- Bring all the ingredients together and then filter. put in the pot and cook until slightly thick.
- Add the green mixture into a bowl or saucer that has been placed in Melaka sugar and smooth it.
- Then steamed to cook for about 10 minutes
- While waiting for the cook we also provide the yellow mixture
Yellow Leaf
- 1 cup of rice flour
- 2 small blades of sago flour
- 5 thick coconut milk dishes (400 ml of KARA coconut milk mixed with 5 cups of water)
- 2 small spoons of salt
- a little yellow dye
- It's the same as the green layer, combine all the ingredients and then filter. Put it in a pot and cook it until it is slightly thick.
- Pour over the green and steamed mixture until cooked. Approximately 15 minutes to 20 minutes.
- Dah ready to be allowed to serve typing is still warm or may also be chilled in the ice chest.
