Jongkong bangka cake


Ingredients

  • 1 block of finely sliced palm sugar
  • 100 gr of rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sago flour
  • 850 ml of coconut milk
  • 10 pieces of pandan leaves
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tsp salt

Step

  • Wash pandan leaves, slice, blender with 200 ml of water
  • Prepare the cup and add the sugar palm slices
  • Make a green layer: put it in a 50 gr rice flour pan, 1 tablespoon sago flour, 400 ml coconut milk, pandan juice, 1/2 tsp salt and simmer until thickened then pour it over the palm sugar
  • Make a white layer: pour it into a 50 gr pan of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of sago flour, 450 ml of coconut milk, 1/2 tsp of salt .. Bring to the boil while stirring until thick ... Then pour over the green mixture
  • If all the dough is filled, it's ready to be steamed for about 5 minutes so that the palm sugar melts
  • After steaming, remove the heat and serve ... If you want to cool, put the refrigerator
