Yeo's cakes are soft and delicious


Ingredient:

  • 1 tin Rich Yeo's Original Series
  • 250 gm of wheat flour
  • 1 blade of tea baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of salt tea
  • 125 gm butter
  • 75 gm of refined sugar
  • 200 ml of fresh milk
  • 3 seeds of egg size A
  • 1 blade of PEP Pandan tea
  • 1 blade of green coloring tea

  • First we combine wheat flour, baking powder and fine salt then sift.
  • Pause for a while
  • In the mixer we unite the butter (chamber temperature) with sugar and rotate it at the slowest speed until the sugar dissolves and mixes as much as possible.
  • When the sugar has dissolved and the mixture has been congested, put the eggs one by one while continuing to beat.
  • Also add green coloring and pes pandan and keep turning flat
  • Add the flour that has been sifted intermittently with fresh milk while turning flat.
  • Add the mixture to the piping bag for easy preparation later. Don't forget to enter the Kaya Yeo's Series in the piping bag for the same purpose.
