Pasta salad

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup of mayo (I prefer to use mayo olive oil to reduce fat & calories)
- ¼ cup of sour cream
- 1 Milk spoonful
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon of crushed red pepper - optional
For salads:
- 8 ounces of spiral pasta
- 3-4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce (or a 10 ounce romaine lettuce packet)
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes - halved
- 1 ½ cup grated shredded cheese
- 1 ½ cup slice of bacon (not given artificial flavor - about 6 ounces)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the sauce by stirring mayo together, sour cream, milk, pepper, salt, garlic powder and crushed red peppers (if using) until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
- Prepare pasta according to package instructions. After finishing cooking, drain well and transfer to a large salad bowl.
- Add chopped lettuce, grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese, slices of meat, and prepared sauce.
- Stir / stir until well blended.
