Roast the sago flour first until it feels dry and light, lift it. (Wait until the steam disappears or up to room temperature) Then sift and set aside.
Preheat the oven above 150 degrees Celsius.
Mixer margarine, butter and sugar for about 2 minutes. Add the eggs, the mixer is even, then add the coconut milk, the mixer is evenly mixed again. Turn off the mixer.
Add the grated cheese and mix well, pour the sago little by little while stirring using the spatula evenly (if the mixture is too soft, you can add a little more sago).
Put the mixture into a plastic triangle give syringe then spray it on a baking sheet that has been smeared or coated with paper bread, sprinkle topping on top of it.
Bake in 150 degrees for 30 minutes or until done or adjust to each oven you use.
