Melted Cheese Sago Cake




Cheese Sago Ingredients:.


  • Sago flour - 250 grams
  • Refined Sugar - 70 grams
  • Grated Cheese - 75 grams
  • Egg Yolk - 1 item
  • Margarine - 30 grams
  • Butter - 70 grams
  • Instant Thick Coconut Milk - 30 ml


Topping / Sprinkling Material:


  • Grated cheese (optional)


How to Make Easy and Delicious Cheese Sago:


  • Roast the sago flour first until it feels dry and light, lift it. (Wait until the steam disappears or up to room temperature) Then sift and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven above 150 degrees Celsius.
  • Mixer margarine, butter and sugar for about 2 minutes. Add the eggs, the mixer is even, then add the coconut milk, the mixer is evenly mixed again. Turn off the mixer.
  • Add the grated cheese and mix well, pour the sago little by little while stirring using the spatula evenly (if the mixture is too soft, you can add a little more sago).
  • Put the mixture into a plastic triangle give syringe then spray it on a baking sheet that has been smeared or coated with paper bread, sprinkle topping on top of it.
  • Bake in 150 degrees for 30 minutes or until done or adjust to each oven you use.
