Melted Cheese Sago Cake
Cheese Sago Ingredients:.
- Sago flour - 250 grams
- Refined Sugar - 70 grams
- Grated Cheese - 75 grams
- Egg Yolk - 1 item
- Margarine - 30 grams
- Butter - 70 grams
- Instant Thick Coconut Milk - 30 ml
Topping / Sprinkling Material:
- Grated cheese (optional)
How to Make Easy and Delicious Cheese Sago:
- Roast the sago flour first until it feels dry and light, lift it. (Wait until the steam disappears or up to room temperature) Then sift and set aside.
- Preheat the oven above 150 degrees Celsius.
- Mixer margarine, butter and sugar for about 2 minutes. Add the eggs, the mixer is even, then add the coconut milk, the mixer is evenly mixed again. Turn off the mixer.
- Add the grated cheese and mix well, pour the sago little by little while stirring using the spatula evenly (if the mixture is too soft, you can add a little more sago).
- Put the mixture into a plastic triangle give syringe then spray it on a baking sheet that has been smeared or coated with paper bread, sprinkle topping on top of it.
- Bake in 150 degrees for 30 minutes or until done or adjust to each oven you use.
