Fruit Flavor Pastries
Leather material:
- 300 grams of low protein wheat flour
- 270 grams of margarine / butter
- 100 grams of refined sugar
- 50 grams of cornstarch
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of milk powder
- ¼ teaspoon of fine salt
Contents:
- 60 grams of colorful sukade
- 60 grams of candied red cherries and green cherries
How to make fruit-flavored pastries:
- Mix dry ingredients, flour, cornstarch, refined sugar, powdered milk and salt. Stir well.
- Add egg yolks, margarine. Stir until the mixture can be rolled up.
- Add sukade and candied cherry pieces. Stir well.
- The shape of the dough becomes a long beam. Wrap it in plastic and chill for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Cut the mixture with a sharp knife. Arrange the pieces of mixture on a margarine pan.
- Bake in an oven with a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until the cake is cooked and brownish yellow. Lift.
- Arrange the cake in the serving place. Serve.
Tip: Don't cool the dough too long in the refrigerator because the mixture will break when cut into pieces.
