Extreme Oreo Cakes
INGREDIENTS
- 850 gr. from oreo
- 800 gr. dulce de leche
- 500 gr. cream cheese
- 200 gr. butter
- 100 gr. milk cream
- 200 gr. from dulce de leche
INSTRUCTIONS
- Processing only 400 grams of oreo. Add melted butter, mix and cover the bottom of the circular mold.
- Mix 600 grams of dulce de leche with cream cheese and cream.
- Pour 2/3 of the mixture over the processed oreo and then repeat with the processed oreo and more cream. Chill in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Spread 200 grams of dulce de leche and pour the rest of the mixture on top.
- End with the dulce de leche thread.
- Serve and enjoy!
