Extreme Oreo Cakes





INGREDIENTS



  • 850 gr. from oreo
  • 800 gr. dulce de leche
  • 500 gr. cream cheese
  • 200 gr. butter
  • 100 gr. milk cream
  • 200 gr. from dulce de leche


INSTRUCTIONS



  • Processing only 400 grams of oreo. Add melted butter, mix and cover the bottom of the circular mold.
  • Mix 600 grams of dulce de leche with cream cheese and cream.
  • Pour 2/3 of the mixture over the processed oreo and then repeat with the processed oreo and more cream. Chill in the freezer for 2 hours.
  • Spread 200 grams of dulce de leche and pour the rest of the mixture on top.
  • End with the dulce de leche thread.
  • Serve and enjoy!
