Chocolinas Brownie Cake



This mixture of Chocotorta with Torta Brownie is the most delicious and delicious thing that has ever happened to us.
INGREDIENTS
For Brownie:


  • 120 gr. butter
  • 180 gr. half bitter chocolate
  • 180 gr. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 gr. flour 0000
  • 30 gr. bitter cocoa
  • 3 gr. salt
  • 10 ml of vanilla essence
  • 50 gr. cacao or chocolate cookies


For mousse:


  • 200 gr. from dulce de leche
  • 60 gr. sugar
  • 4 clear
  • 300 gr. type of cream cheese filandia
  • 50 gr. cacao or chocolate cookies

INSTRUCTIONS
For Brownie:


  • Melt the butter together with the chocolate and stir.
  • Beat the eggs and put in the form of sugar rain.
  • Add chocolate with butter.
  • Add cookies and powder: salt, flour and bitter cocoa. Integrate until a uniform mixture is obtained.
  • Cover a rectangular foil print and pour the mixture.
  • Cook at 180º for 30 minutes.


For Mousse:


  • In a bowl, mix dulce de leche with cream cheese.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff, add sugar and keep beating until tight.
  • Join the two preparations with the spatula in a wrapping motion.
  • Add the crushed chocolate pieces with your hand.
  • Store in the refrigerator until armed.

For assembly:



  • Open the brownies and place the dulce de leche and mousse cheese on top.
  • Let it cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Finish with biscuit powder and dulce de leche nails.
