Biscuit Cake and Condensed Milk

INGREDIENTS

• 250 gr. of sweet vanilla cookies
• 50 gr. of melted butter
• 2 tbsp peanut butter

For the filling

• 2 cans of condensed milk
• 200 gr. of dulce de leche

INSTRUCTIONS

• Process the cookies until crushed and mixed with butter and peanut butter.
• Place the mixture in a circular cake pan.
• In a pot mix the condensed milk with the dulce de leche.
• Fill the cake and finish with more cookie dough.
• Refrigerate one hour and serve.
