Lemon pudding
The shape adds flavor and enjoyment.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 limes
- 1 lemon
- 2 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 4 glasses of sour cream
- 2 packs of gelatin, no taste (about 5 teaspoons)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grated lemon and lemon zest. Put aside.
- Squeeze the lime juice, and save the juice.
- Prepare the appropriate gelatin.
- In the blender, add lime juice, condensed milk, and sour cream. Mix well.
- Add agar and blender to mix.
- In a bowl, place the mixture, and add one third of the combined lemon and lime peel. Fold and stir it into one. Put aside.
- Arrange the remaining lime peel at the bottom of the silicone form, and pour the lemon pudding on top.
- Chill for 4 hours.
- After it is firm, decorate it with lime skin on it. Serve, and enjoy!
