Kit Kat Brownie

- To add to the delicacy, we added several Kit Kats and brought brownies to a whole new level.

INGREDIENTS
- 3 eggs
- 300g of caster sugar
- 150g of pink sugar
- 150g of butter, melting
- 225g of flour
- 90g cocoa powder
- 150g 70% dark chocolate, melts
- 150ml of whole milk
- Kit Kat Bar 8 x 4 fingers, 2 crushed, 6 left intact
INSTRUCTIONS
- Brush and place the 20cm x 20cm brownie can and heat the oven to a 180 C / 160 C. fan
- Make brownies: Beat the eggs into sugar until they are well mixed then add melted butter and stir to mix. Add flour and cocoa powder then stir in melted chocolate. Next add your milk and stir until it is completely flat.
- Pour half of the mixture into a prepared can and flatten it with a palette knife then press the entire Kit Kats into the mixture. Spread the remaining mixture over the Kit Kats in a can. Flatten the top then sprinkle with the Kit Kats provided and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked and the skewers that are put into the brownies come out almost clean.
- Set aside to cool and then cut into squares.
