Roast beef empanada
Material:
- 2-3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 finely diced carrot
- 1 Medium Onion finely diced
- 1 Celery Rib finely diced
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
Step:
- The first step is to heat olive oil in a large skillet and deep over medium heat. Add onions, carrots and celery. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Then, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
