Pionono Chocotorta



INGREDIENTS


  • 4 eggs
  • 80 gr. of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 60 gr. Of flour
  • 20 gr. of cocoa
  • 300 gr. of cream cheese
  • 300 gr. of dulce de leche pastry
  • 200 gr. melted chocolate
  • 150 gr. of crushed cocoa cookies



INSTRUCTIONS



  • Beat eggs, sugar and honey with a blender for 5 minutes.
  • Add the flour and cocoa with a spatula with enveloping movements.
