CHEESECAKE DE NUTELLA
. Take a chocolate cookie base with a Nutella cheese filling and a chocolate topping. The consistency is soft and creamy, perfect for this dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of chocolate chip cookie for the base
- 1/2 cup melted butter, for the base
- 2 tablespoons nutella or hazelnut cream, for the base
- 3 pieces of cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups nutella or hazelnut cream
- 2 envelopes of hydrated and molten grenetina
- 1/2 cup bitter chocolate for coverage
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate for coverage
- 1/4 cup whipping cream for coverage
- 1/4 cup butter for coverage
Preparation
- In a bowl mix the chocolate cookies with the melted butter and the Nutella. Shape the base of the cheescake into a cake pan and flatten until completely uniform. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Reservation.
- In a bowl, add the cream cheese with the Nutella, pour the molten grenetina in a thread, mix and cover the base of the cookie. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
- Heat a pot with water and place a bowl, add the cover ingredients and mix until completely incorporated. Cool slightly and pour the cover over the cheescake. Refrigerate 30 more minutes, decorate with strawberries. Cut and enjoy.
